Even this year Lorenzo Longo is teaching at Italian Design Institute post-graduate interior design course! The course started with an interesting visit in Glas Italia / Gorlini spaces in Via Santa Sofia, continuing with a jump in Davide Groppi showroom and a fascinating visit to Michele De Lucchi headquarter.
The latest project work by Lorenzo Longo and De-Signum studio is designed for one of the best known Made in Italy icons and one of the world renowned beverage companies.It’s a charming mix of extremely light and sensitive volumes and arrangements, following a rigorous and minimalist style, based on concentric elements and sharp edges.A rectangular red-ruby transparent shape,recalling the distinctive “Campari Red”, gracefully joins a volume in super light translucent polycarbonate, installed at a 45 degree angle.
Istituto Europeo di Design and Intesa Sanpaolo recounted Italy‘s Know-How during a special event held Friday, October 23 in the pavilion The Waterstone by Intesa Sanpaolo in Milan Expo 2015. Design, Fashion, Art and Culture, Handcrafts and Crafts of the Future, New Media, are the five themes that will introduce talents IED, each accompanied by a testimonial, to relate their experiences of success in the world of creative professions in Italy that looks to the future. De-Signum and Lorenzo Longo are invited to speak about the studio and their projects.
